Shell in Texarkana (5720 Four States Fair Pkwy)

I was refused service for simply telling the cashier that I just wanted to pay for my items and not listen to what they were saying that was completely unrelated to my transaction. She said I was rude so she decided to get down right nasty with me, exert her authority and kick me out. Umm ok bye!

this place won't let the customers use the restroom even after spending almost 100 in filling up 2 vehicle tanks. The cashier had the audacity to say you go to the sad station across the main road, they have restrooms available. I told the cashier you should place signs on the Hwy saying we take your money and business but we won't let you use the restroom or wash your hands!!!

Don't like the self checkout.

This is "our stop" when traveling through the area. Restrooms are typically clean, store and gas pumps are well lit, a variety of snacks and take out food (pizza, chicken tenders, etc), and friendly staff.

Every thing was great. Good customer service and good food
