They absolutely refuse to add a second person to run the cash register so I had to stand in line for about five minutes and I think that's perfectly OK we'll see it's not maybe the upper management and see you watch this and do something about it because obviously your current procedures are in adequate you're welcome

Gad buddy says there is a cash discount of 10 off. I went into the store with cash. There is no discount being honored. The sign says $3.09. Gas buddy says the price is $2.99 after the th cash discount. THiS Is A LIE. There is no discount. I want my money back!! I put the correct price into gas buddy and my entry keeps going back to ThE L as iE!! FIX this now

We always stop here, it's half way between homes in FL and GA. Always lit, always clean, always has food. We just don't understand their Pilot Club card thingy. Thank you Pilot, two thumbs up.

The entire front is being painted and it is closed to going in so you have to enter way down on the right and come all the way back to use the restrooms. Thursday, November 11 at 8:30 AM

By far the dirtiest Pilot we have been to. Floors were disgusting, soda machines not cleaned in a long time. Gross.
