Always has people outside asking for money and homeless frequent this location for asking for money.

I go there almost every day and even though oildale has a bad rap, Casey, Jennifer and the crew are always respectful and the gas is cheap. Be nice and respectful as well and you'll get the how are u atmosphere!!
