When we first moved to the Franklin, Va area last year...they allowed someone to change her clothes in the women's restroom. When I had been driving for an hour in a half with a full bladder the, last thing you expect, is someone to ignore someone knocking on the door and proceed to call someone her phone. I wait for 5 minutes before complaining. They said yeah we know this person she's changing her clothes. I explain to them that she's ignoring my knocks and has not yet come out I've been waiting for 5 minutes. They didn't look like they cared. I told him they lost my business. One said who cares. I don't care if they're the cheapest gas station around I refuse to go to them.
