REGARDING GRUNDY DOUBLE KWIK: Since the store opening, the appearance and management have gone downhill. I have noticed--as of lately--there are several consistencies: the parking lot is ALWAYS trashed. The last few times I have been to this store, there is one register open, while other employees are observed outside smoking or sitting. I even had to wait on an employee to come back inside after hanging up from his cell phone to check people out. He abandoned the entire store and there was several customers in there. The employees do not look clean and are unfriendly. They make customers feel like they're a burden.

The ladies that work inside are very rude and treat you like you're a burden especially if you're female! I've seen it several times I'm there daily and males are the only customers welcome; the little guy that pumps the gas, he is very polite and helpful. The ladies inside should learn from him on how to treat customers. He is the one fresh breath of air at this establishment. The prices on items are much higher than most places.
