I think they might have been short-handed. Bathroom was disgusting! Paper allover floor and in sink. Toilet was in desperate need of cleaning. Hand sanitizer dispenser was empty and you couldn't wash your hands without cleaning the sink out first.

Parking is very limited so people park at the pumps then go inside. Ties up pumps unnecessarily.
