Great prices on gasoline with 2 other competitors off the Smithton Exit of I-70

The owner changes his prices on Gas Buddy every hour to a lower price but his sign is higher when you get there. Been like that for days. When i changed it back they changed it again. They have done this before. Bait and Switch??
