I pulled into the gas station for gas and the pump was having issues not even registering my capital one card. I go inside and Missy at the register was offering to have me prepay but it didn't seem right the pump wasn't even going through the correct cycles to take my payment outside. It took my card long enough to tell me to take it and jumped to see cashier. I go inside not once but twice. I went outside to check my notifications on my phone to see it capital one was reached by the pump so I can pay for my gas. There was no attempt to C.One from this gas station. I go back inside and she is telling me that there would be "no hold on your card since you did not pump gas". I was informed to "talk to her manager if I had any issues with what I was being told". Even one of the other register ladies was trying to get Missy help saying how "missy has a problem customer" I spoke up and said I do not have a problem.
