Outstanding chain with GOOD MTO food and usually some of the cheapest gas. Glad they finally expanded further west into central Ohio.

I love this gas station. Prices sometimes are higher than usual, but sometimes they go below average. Plus they have free air and a great selection of food!

Friendly people and good communication

Recently opened Shell station and convenience store. The good: Well stocked convenience store. Clean restrooms. Includes a Subway sandwich shop with small seating area. The bad: do you have to ask? Industry standard crappy service for cash customers -- schlep inside to prepay first, then back inside to get yer change. Inconvenience to customers without plastic (10-20% of adults by some measures) are not an issue the industry feels is worth solving. Note on prices: The GB listing has separate cash and credit prices, but I only saw one set of prices on the pumps. Just as well, as mandating prepay disincentivizes anyone who has plastic to use it instead.
