it appears the owner keeps marking the gas at a lower price to entice people to stop at their store. I have driving past 3 times now and it has been incorrect and the owner had just updated the price 30 minutes prior.

This Casey's General, as I find most all of them to be, is over-priced. However, the choices of prepared food - hot or cold, levels the playing field.
