Brought my car in for repair. They spent some time analyzing the problem but couldn't determine how to fix it. Charged me for their time and added insult by yelling at me over their frustration. I took it to another mechanic, who knew Immediately what the problem was and fixed it without yelling at me. Short of an apology, I won't be back.
