This morning, I visited the FiveStar on Summit Dr because it’s closer to home, although I usually go to the Denmark Dr location. After this morning’s experience, I’ll be sticking to the Denmark location from now on! My husband and I are regulars, and I was in the middle of ringing up my items and struggling to scan a Slim Jim due to their tricky scanners. Suddenly, the “manager,” Chelsea Criswell, approached me in a snarky, rude tone, telling me to “hit three refills.” She even deleted my cup of ice without asking. I had two refills and a cup of ice, and I wasn’t interested in arguing, but her attitude made me feel like I was being accused of something. Then, when I asked for cigarettes, she watched me attempt to pay as if she’d already added them to the transaction, only to cancel my payment and rescan the cigarettes. I asked if she was the manager, and when she confirmed, I asked if there was anyone above her I could speak with. She refused to provide any contact information. I hav

Bathrooms were very dirty

Nobody reports the Diesel prices here! & Wal-Mart gasoline's quality varies WAY too much, but the alcohol and fuel additives content is always much too high. ALL of my cars get their worst mpg on walmart gas. Every now & then, my Dodge Caravan won't even start on Walmart gas alone - I have to mix walmart gas with gas from somewhere else ro make it work, or the engine computer thinks the engine is running too lean from all the alcohol & extra chemicals Walmart dilutes their gas with. This happened 4 times in the past year.

Check the price on the pumps before you buy. Diesel sign said 2.45 the pump said 2.89. I requested refund.
