Busy corner store

They ran my card the lady said it was denied! So then I use my other credit card! I went out to my car and it charged both of my bank accounts! So I went back in! the lady told me oh well there's nothing we can do! Because a receipt didn't print with the first one! she was rude and said it didn't charge me! But it right there on my both my bank apps!
