staff was friendly and pump areas are clean

This has station is usually great, and I prefer to go here over the other stations in my area. The only issue I have is that I use Shell fuel rewards and it is sometimes difficult to have them honored. Either they somehow get cancelled at the pump, or it tells me that it is waiting for cashier approval which never ends up happening. I have gone inside to ask about this and they've told me there is nothing on their end that they can do.
